Joyce is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and University of Colorado.

Active in industry and community organizations, Joyce is a member of The Broomfield Chamber of Commerce and the LTC Forum of Colorado.

In addition to individual consultations, Joyce regularly conducts seminars to provide consumers with the knowledge required to effectively plan for long term care.
