BEFORE YOU LOGIN

If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to Register.
Please refer to Registration Instructions.

Note : On the SSO Secondary Login - Profile page, please select the accounts you wish to associate with this User Name by clicking the appropriate check box(es).

• To create separate UserIDs for each Tax ID - NPI combination, please DO NOT select all the NPI numbers, select only one.
• To create ONE UserID for all the NPI numbers under a Tax ID, select ALL the NPI Numbers.
