How do I know when I am registered?
Once you have completed the two page registration and clicked "Complete" you should receive an email informing you that your registration has been received by Genworth.

When I register, does that mean that I am a preferred supplier?
Registering provides us with your company's vital information so that we can match your company to potential opportunities. You will be contacted should an opportunity become available which matches your company's product and/or service offering. Registering does not guarantee contract participation.

Can we have more than one person registered?
The registration website will allow multiple supplier registrars for each company. As the registrar for your company you will also take on the role as the administrator for the registration. Additional contact names can be added during registration under the "User Admin" section on the Main Page.

My company reports net sales; not gross - what do I do?
Information that is collected on the supplier registration website allows Genworth Sourcing teams to find suppliers. Having a profile with detailed information on your capabilities will give you a better chance toward being considered for opportunities. If this is the only information that is available, please enter that data.

I'm only one company in a consortium/subsidiary; do I register as an individual company?
Yes. If you are operating under a different Tax ID than the parent company, you will need to register individually.

Can I save a partially completed registration?
No. Once you begin the registration process, you must reach the final page and select "submit" in order for your data to be saved.

I "X" out of the registration before completing the process, what should I do?
Provide the email address used in your registration to the Registration team and your profile will be deleted. After it is deleted, you will be notified to complete the registration process again.

My registration is in Pending status not Registered Status, what did I do wrong?
Login the supplier registration portal and provide all the required fields and re-submit the registration

I can't find my product/ service in the commodity section, what do I do?
UNSPSC® is The United Nations Standard Products and Service Codes, a classification system that code supplier service offering. Under the sub-header {Search for the Commodity} there is a search box to enter a commodity. Enter a commodity of your choice together with an asterisk (*) before and after the word. This symbol, (*), indicates a wild card search (An example of a commodity would be *pencil*). If you are still unable to locate the product/service that best fits the description of your business, please visit www.unspsc.org and use the search feature on the left side of the page.

How will I know if I'm selected as a supplier?
A representative from Genworth will contact you should an opportunity become available which matches your company's product and/or service offering.

Does Genworth consider environmental issues when selecting suppliers?
Genworth is committed to reducing impacts on the environment associated with its business activities and to implementing best practices to support environmental sustainability. We will take environmental sustainability into consideration in establishing supplier relationships and the types of products we source.

What are my next steps after registration?
It is important to update and maintain current information on your company's profile, including reviewing the information on an annual basis. In addition, a sourcing representative from Genworth will contact you should an opportunity become available which match your company's product and/or service offering.

How do I update my profile?
If you have received a Login Name and Password then you will be able to log into the registration website through www.procuri.com, select the "login" button, complete the updates and submit your updated data.

How do I reach decision makers?
If you've registered on the website, your profile has been received and if there's an opportunity regarding your commodity, you will be contacted.

Can I contact your prime suppliers to inquire on indirect opportunities?
No. Please register on our registration database at www.procuri.com. Once you have completed the registration your information will be available to sourcing associates who will contact you should there be an opportunity, Direct or Indirect.

I'm registered but I haven't received any communication or business?
Registration doesn't guarantee business; however, it is required for all suppliers.

I'm registered on your website, can you tell me who to contact for my commodity service or offering?
If you've registered on the website, your profile has been received and if there's an opportunity regarding your commodity, you will be contacted.

My password has expired, what should I do?
Please access the registration site, enter the registrar's email address in the login name field and select the "Forgot your password? Click Here" feature to reset your password.

I can't seem to get the "reset password" feature to work?
Please make sure you are using the proper system requirements. Go to the login page, enter the registrar’s email address in the login name field and select "Forgot your password? Click here." A box should appear letting you know that the new password has been sent to your email address. If you do not receive a new password, your company's network is most likely designated to not receive system generated emails. In this event, please contact SupplierRegistration@genworth.com for assistance.

I received a screen which says "You have had xx failed login attempts..." What should I do?
After a supplier unsuccessfully enters a login name and password several times and finally does successfully log in, a pop up box will appear stating "You have had ___ failed login attempts..." Please select "ok". This is an informational box only.

Where should I send my certification?
Once your have received your password and login name, you can access your registration to upload a soft copy of your certification to the registration website. You will receive this access when your registration has been processed or requested by an associate of Genworth.
