Supplier Registration Guide
Supplier Self Registration
When a Supplier company registers itself, the person initiating the registration is automatically designated the Primary Contact.
Primary Contact Instructions:
- On the Procuri public website, (www.procuri.com) click the Customer Login option and then select Supplier Registration.
- On the next page, beneath the login fields, click "Register Now."
- On the next page, enter contact information, username and password, company information, and account preferences (refresh defaults and local options).
- Click Save.
- On the next page, enter company information, including Certifications, Industry Codes, and Keywords.
- Check or uncheck the box to make the company searchable in the Public Database.
- Click Save.
- On the next page, read the User agreement. At the bottom, make sure "I agree" is selected, and click Submit.
- You will now be logged into Procuri; however, there will be no Buyer Companies in the Buyer Company List.
Once you have a Procuri account, you will need to associate your company with Genworth. Note: This function is only available to Primary Contacts.
- Log in and click the "Add Buyer Companies" link in the top right corner of the Buyer Company List.
- Enter all or part of the company name in the Company Name field, and click Search.
- When the search results appear, click the name of the company. Note: Only companies who have elected to be searchable will appear in the search results.
- If you wish, enter a comment to be sent with your request.
- Click Submit.
- When the success message appears, click the link to return to the Buyer Company List.
- Your request will be sent to the Buyer Company. The Buyer Company will be listed in your Buyer Company List, but you will not be able to access any of the company's events until your request has been approved. You will be notified via email when your request is approved.
- Note: Approving your request for association does not automatically mean you will be granted access to the company's events; if the buyer wants you to have access to an individual event, they will send you an invitation in another email.
