Every year, Genworth Employees and Retirees generously donate time and funds to a variety of causes and community initiatives. These voluntary contributions provide support to thousands of local organizations that include schools, senior care facilities and community organizations.
Matching Gifts Program
To reflect the charitable interests of our employees and retirees, The Genworth Foundation will match individual contributions of $50 or more to social services, public and private schools, colleges and universities, hospitals, museums, disease research, environmental organizations and more. Apply for a matching gift.
Volunteer Grant Program
To provide funding to eligible community organizations and schools where Genworth employees volunteer 25 or more hours in the calendar year – outside of company-sponsored time. Genworth will make a donation of $250. Apply for a volunteer grant. 
Nearly every day of the year, Genworth Volunteers, a global organization made up of employees and retirees, reaches out and donates thousands of hours of time and hard work to strengthen our communities.
To help connect employees with local opportunities, we've partnered with VolunteerMatch, a nonprofit dedicated to helping everyone find a great place to volunteer. Employees can search our customized website for company-sponsored activities or projects to do on their own.
