A key driver of our commitment to diversity is our Network Groups for women and ethnic minorities: the African American Forum, Asian Pacific American Forum, Hispanic Forum, and Women’s Forum. With the assistance of corporate funding, facilities, and personnel support, these Network Groups partner with Genworth to:
- Attract diverse talents, backgrounds, and viewpoints for positions throughout the company.
- Develop continuous personal and professional learning opportunities.
- Retain employees by addressing issues specific to Network Group members and supporting implementation of the resolutions to those issues.
