Step 1
The claimant makes a claim by filling out the claim form. In order to properly fill out the claim form online, it is necessary to have a copy of the contract. If you call for a claim form, it is helpful, but not necessary to have a copy of the contract. Typically contracts can be found in a family safe, bank security box, file cabinet or briefcase.
Step 2
The claim form and supporting documentation, as listed on the claim form, must be mailed to the address provided on the form.
Step 3
Once Genworth receives the fully completed claims package with the supporting documents, we will begin the claims review process.
