The Fall Enrollment period is October 10, 2011 - November 18, 2011.

• After the campaign launch, those eligible will receive direct mail informing them about enrollment.

• This is a limited-time offer. 


October

10/10/11                           Enrollment begins, employee website activated.

Week of 10/10                 Announcement letters & postcards mailed to homes.

Ongoing                            Employee informational meetings and webinars held around
                                           the state. 

Week of 10/24/11            Letters and brochures mailed to homes


November

Ongoing                           Payroll deduction bills being generated and mailed to
                                         employers.

Ongoing                            Employee informational meetings and webinars held around
                                           the state.  

Week of 11/14/11              Reminder postcards mailed to homes.

11/18/11                             Last day to apply for coverage.
