PLEASE NOTE:  Some of your employees may have received a personalized quote with misstated premiums listed for the $4,500 & $7,500 monthly benefits.  We have identified those recipients and are sending them a revised quote.  We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.  To view the letter they will receive, click here.   You will notice that we have offered an enrollment extension to the recipients. This extension will be offered to all employees in future communications scheduled throughout April.
