Program Eligibility

The Commonwealth of Virginia Voluntary Group Long Term Care Insurance Program is open to all VRS members, retirees and their families. Other local governments and agencies that do not participate in VRS may also offer the program to their employees and families. 

Once an employer elects to participate in the Program, the employee does not have to participate with VRS in order to apply for coverage under the CoV Group LTCI Program.

Participating & Non-Participating VRS Employers 

For those employers who would like their employees to have the opportunity to receive information about the program or for additional information on how to participate in the Commonwealth of Virginia Voluntary Group Long Term Care Insurance Program contact us at GLTCInfo@genworth.com and complete this Employer Adoption Agreement form and return it to VRS.
