Genworth Volunteers in Raleigh, North Carolina partner with The Center for Volunteer Caregiving to help seniors maintain independence and dignity. On
a weekly basis, volunteers provide help ranging from a trip to the doctor or grocery store to a friendly smile and a ready ear. In 2007, employees volunteered more than 1,000 hours with the program, making them an important part of allowing elders to stay in their homes for years longer, improving their quality of life.
