The Accelerated Talent Development (ATD) Program seeks to deepen the talent pipeline for the U.S. Mortgage Insurance division, headquartered in Raleigh, NC. The goal of the ATD Program is to develop entry level talent with diverse educational and work backgrounds via a combination of cross-functional rotational assignments, dedicated training, and stretch projects. Analysts will complete 4 rotational assignments over two years, receiving comprehensive developmental feedback and coaching throughout.
This program is for candidates with a background in actuarial science, mathematics, or any statistics related field seeking a career with Genworth. In an effort to help our program members develop the best actuarial skill set possible, we offer rotational assignments in Modeling, Product Development, Valuation and Analysis with a mandatory SOA exam or module every six months.
Producing the top financial talent in the business is the constant goal of this program. Rotational assignments in Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, Investment Controllership and Auditing allow participants the opportunity to explore the financial, accounting and processing skills necessary to excel. Program members should expect to go through a training curriculum consisting of graded coursework, non-graded classroom training and self-study.
