The program is designed for college graduates with less than three years of work experience and includes rotations to develop a multitude of technical and professional skills. This program is for candidates with a background in actuarial science, mathematics, or any statistics related field seeking a career with Genworth. In an effort to help our program members develop the best actuarial skill set possible, we offer rotational assignments in Modeling, Product Development, Valuation and Analysis with a mandatory SOA exam or module every six months.
Producing the top financial talent in the business is the constant goal of this program. Rotational assignments in Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, Investment Controllership and Auditing allow participants the opportunity to explore the financial, accounting and processing skills necessary to excel. Program members should expect to go through a training curriculum consisting of graded coursework, non-graded classroom training and self-study.
This program develops methodologies for combating complex business problems and is uniquely designed for highly energized people with strong technical and analytical skills with a sharp business acumen. Over approximately 24 months, program members participate in four, six-month rotational assignments emphasizing skills in application development, infrastructure services, data warehousing and project delivery that are complemented by two separate IT boot camps.
